This past Monday, June 15th I filmed a TV segment
at the Four Seasons for Chef Hickey. I was interviewed on the subject of chef’s
foraging their own produce and brining it back to the kitchen to create unique
dishes. Chef Hickey invited me to be a guest as well as speak as his unofficial
“food groupie”. A few weeks ago, he went to Michigan
